The Coalition for Children Affected by AIDS (the Coalition) holds meetings to discuss critical issues facing children infected with and affected by HIV and AIDS. Objectives for these meetings include aligning messages among diverse global experts who advocate for best practices for children and exploring evidence-based solutions.

- The Road to Washington series in 2012 focused on community action to end pediatric HIV
- The Road to Toronto meetings in 2006 defined and highlighted psychosocial support for children affected by HIV and AIDS
